It is possible to add a background image under the the network. The image can be in modified in the application (brightness, opacity ...) for a better readability.

The background map can be changed in Tools > Add/Change a background map or by clicking on the button.

Maximum dimensions for the background map are 2000 x 2000 pixels. Beyond that, the image will be trimmed.

When creating a network, the zoom level is 100%. The background map’s dimensions should be adjusted to facilitate data entry with this zoom level.
